Unexpected encounters, early spring

... and lots of drawings

Hi dog friends!

Look at us glowing in this early spring weather!

While we wouldn't be surprised if we’d get more snow, it definitely feels like spring, and it has never been this early.
The Swedish airforce (aka mosquitoes) isn't back in action yet, but some creatures are waking up:

I took some artistic freedom with the snake's size, but Lizzie did make a jump when spotting him- and I'm glad her hunting instinct didn't kick in like with her current fascination for rabbit holes which inspired this sticker design:

Our wildlife camera captured this visitor:

… and I was kinda hoping that people would tell me my neighbours just had a very fancy cat… with ear tassels and everything. But everyone confirmed that the visitor was a Lynx. I'm impressed, and I wish I had a full HD picture, but I'm also keeping an eye on my dogs (even more).
